How to fix Intel HD and Nvidia's choppy graphic performance on Mac

This method works in Mac OS X 10.6.2 and above.
Without disabling BeamSync in QuartzDebug ;)

Look for AppleGraphicsPowerManagement.kext in n System Profiler - Software - Extensions.

First: the command, which you need to type (copy/paste) in terminal app:

sudo mv /System/Library/Extensions/AppleGraphicsPowerManagement.kext/ /System/Library/Extensions/AppleGraphicsPowerManagement.disable

Second: after the reboot, you'll have to wait until the monitor goes into sleep mode (It is very important!). That's it! Use your mac in normal mode. There are no lags and choppy animation anymore! Enjoy it!
