This is one of my favorite snacks of all time. It's Vegan, it's oil-free and very tasty :) Enjoy!

NOTE: Because you will get a bad Guasana every now and then, I like to open mine up with my hands and make sure it is good before I eat it. Versus putting the whole thing in my mouth and squeezing out the guasana with my teeth.

4 cups raw garbanzo beans (We call these "Guasanas" in Spanish, when they are raw or have been cooked from the raw state and "Garbanzo" once they have been dried)
3/4 - 1 cup water
3/4 - 1 tsp. salt

serve with lime juice, salt and hot sauce -optional
